ECAC Lacrosse Media Day Available on February 15

CENTERVILLE, Mass.--The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) is conducting a men's lacrosse media day for the first time ever on Wednesday afternoon. All eight schools produced 5-to-10 minute videos with their head coach to discuss their expectations for the 2012 season, team goals and which players will make the biggest impact.

The media day interviews are available below.  The videos can also be viewed  on the team-specific pages at www.ecaclacrosse.com, or the conference’s official YouTube Channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/ECACsports).

The ECAC is in its 13th season of competition with Ohio State and Denver meeting in the first conference matchup on Sunday in the second annual Moe’s Southwest Grill Classic in Jacksonville, Fla. The NBC Sports Network, formerly Versus, will televise the contest live, starting at 2 p.m. Eastern.

The ECAC has produced 23 NCAA tournament teams, including Denver’s final four run a year ago and Massachusetts’ appearance in the 2006 national title game. At one point in 2011, the league had six teams in the top 30 of the Ratings Percentage Index (RPI).
